Mixtape 060412: Hanging Onto Summer

(Photo and copy by Kit Singson, featured on Stache Magazine)

June is here which means it’s time to reset your body clocks and re-train your brain to write legibly and compute for numbers lightning-fast. But summer was a great time, and good friends and memories were made. As for me, I’m looking at weeks of job hunting and interviews; I wish I could relive a portion of my summer to bum around a little longer.

But you can’t stop the world from spinning, and school will start again whether you like it or not. To flirt your back-to-school woes away, I compiled a summer mixtape that will take you back to the sun and tan of summer.

Here are my ultimate summer song picks. Disclaimer — indie in nature (but eargasmic nonetheless). Enjoy.
